Don't ask me why I feel the need to run a marathon I just do. I have been inspired by my family and friends who have done them and I just feel it is time for me to join the ranks! This blog is my way of keeping track of training workouts. For any of you marathon experts advise is welcome!

It is not in some of us, it is in all of us. While we allow our light to shine, we unconsciously give permission for others to do the same. When we liberate ourselves from our own fears, simply our presence may liberate others.’
